Schedule Your Free Inspection
Inspections may be booked online or by phone. This is also a time to ask any preliminary questions.
Free On-Site Inspection
After a request has been made, an on-site inspection is scheduled. Beginning with our trained inspectors, a thorough examination of the property is conducted. Inspections include the attic, crawl space, basement, exterior perimeter of the property, garage, below outdoor decks, roof, shed, and interior of your house or business. The inspector will inquire about your needs and any concerns you may have. They will take detailed notes including photographs and videos when possible. Following your free inspection, an estimate will be emailed to you. Our professionals are open to answering any questions you may have about the work proposed.
Estimate and Scheduling Your Project
After you have reviewed your estimate, you may approve it online. Our office staff will call you shortly after to schedule your project. We pride ourselves on quick turnaround times. We know that your time is valuable and your needs are urgent. We do our best to accommodate your scheduling preferences and provide you with quality service.
Complete Project
One of our highly skilled crews will arrive during your scheduled appointment to begin your project. Crews consist of between 1-4 workers who work diligently to ensure your project is completed effectively, efficiently, and with excellence.
Service Excellence- Warranty
We understand that your home is one of your most valuable assets. Investing in your home is worth it. We provide 1-3 year warranties to ensure the critters are gone and stay away! Eco Energy Bay Area warrants all pest proofing against targeted intruders covering labor and rodent proofing materials.
