Unfortunately we do not provide rodent control outdoors. Due to the outdoors being the natural habitat for rodents, we do not disrupt them there. However, should rodents enter your home, business, crawl space, attic, walls, or other structure on your property, we are happy to provide extermination services.

At Eco Energy Bay Area we work with mice, rats, squirrels, raccoons, skunks, and birds. We do not work with bugs. If you notice flies coming from your crawl space, this can be a sign of a dead animal. Please call us and we will provide you with a free inspection to locate the source of your fly infestation.

At Eco Energy Bay Area we offer free inspections for all project requests. This is to ensure we give you the most accurate quote for your project, minimizing change orders in the future. All projects are unique and pricing varies depending on project needs and circumstances. Please schedule a free inspection so we can provide you with an estimate.

Most projects are able to begin within 1-3 days following booking. Rodent control projects are considered urgent due to the rapid reproduction rate and extensive damage they can cause. Other projects are typically scheduled between 1-5 days following your approval, depending on material availability and delivery time.

It is not a problem for you to be home during most projects. There can be some noise due to hammering, vacuuming, and walking in attic spaces. If you require a quiet space during the work day, it is advisable to relocate while your work is being completed.
