Inspection

A thorough inspection is completed including the attic, crawl space, basement, exterior perimeter of the property, garage, below outdoor decks, roof, shed, and interior of your house or business. The inspector will inquire about your needs and any concerns you may have. They will take detailed notes including photographs and videos when possible.

Proofing

When rodents are present, it is essential to thoroughly proof all structures. Entry points including holes, gaps, and spaces between materials are sealed off to prevent further infestation.

Cleaning and Sanitization

Rodents create huge messes. After rodent proofing is complete, we need to clean up the mess. Our team gears up in suits, gloves, and masks to protect against contamination and illness. Any dead rodents or carcasses are removed along with large debris. Using HEPA vacuums, rodent waste, carcasses, left over insulation, and other contaminants are vacuumed up. The sanitization process includes a thorough spread of NISUS DSV, an EPA registered, environmentally safe, low toxicity formulation that effectively kills bacteria, viruses, mold, and prevents future occurrences of mold, mildew, and other bacterial growth. Rodent proofing services come with a 2-week follow up visit to conduct a perimeter and interior inspection to ensure activity has ceased and to collect traps when appropriate. Additionally, warranties between 1-3 years are issued to customers depending on the project size and severity of the infestation.
